Element Restoration is a full service restoration company; specializing in restoring commercial and residential properties that have been damaged by fire, flood or storms. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and service the entire state of Arizona. At Element Restoration we strive to offer the highest quality work and service in the industry. Element Restoration, L.L.C. operates on the premise that the solution to responsible environmental contracting and management requires more than a “cookie cutter” approach as it pertains to the handling and management of all projects and waste streams alike. Element approaches each project on a separate basis. While experience and knowledge from a previous project may prove helpful, each individual project must be assessed properly from conception and design through remediation and final disposition of generated waste streams.
This approach allows Element Restoration, L.L.C. Project Managers the freedom to customize the solutions offered to our clients for their abatement, remediation, waste management and disposal needs. Jenny Busby | President / CEO
Jenny entered the restoration industry back in 2004. Jenny has successfully developed Element Restoration, LLC into a full-service environmental contracting firm through her 11 years of industry experience and direct management of the company’s overall profitability.
Jenny has developed an excellent working relationship with clients and regulatory agencies. She is directly responsible for analyzing the needs for asbestos/lead abatement, mold decontamination and environmental projects. Jenny also works closely with project management in scheduling, estimating, and supervises projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Jenny oversees and participates in all new business development and marketing strategies.
Malcolm Busby | General Manager
Malcolm entered the restoration industry back in 1999. Through Malcolm’s direction and guidance, Element Restoration, LLC has expanded its offering of services to include asbestos abatement, mold/microbial remediation, fire & water loss. Malcolm has successfully managed and personally supervised several institutional, industrial, school, commercial and residential asbestos abatement and mold decontamination projects.
Malcolm has extensive experience supervising crews that range from 5 up to 20 men. He works directly with office staff and field personnel in coordination with owner representatives and subcontractors for assigned projects. Malcolm performs field quality control oversight, pre-construction planning and troubleshooting; he oversees general operations and observes safety procedures in the field. His quality assurance goals are set at an extremely high level and he expects nothing less from his crews.
